  • The return of goods: In order to ensure the fund can return to customers in a timely manner, please check contract no., packing list or invoice with your representative when you decide to return the goods. Any return of goods should be agreed by us in advance.

  • 1. For undamaged parts (Engine in-frame parts only): In the precondition of original packing, quality and performance, customer will be charged 5% of the product value for storage fee within 20 days upon the date of delivery, and 15%-18% within 40 days. Return policy do not apply to the products delivered after 40 days.

  • 2. For damaged parts: Damaged parts can be returned at anytime within 6 months guarantee period. Only carried out with the allowance of us.

  • 3. Procedure

    ① State the situation of damage parts by fax, email or literary form. (include contract no. or order no. )

    ② Detailed information confirmation by our representative

    ③ Delivery the parts after conformation

    ④ Refund or resend the goods after the receipt of damaged parts


  • 4. The buyer can only change or repair parts in the factory or places accepted or authorized by us. In the guarantee period, we will not bear any special, additional, subsequent damage compensation, including casualties, fire, flood, indirect business loss and so on in the sake of quality problem. Any compensation declared by the buyer exceed the total amount of goods will not be bear.

    5. We are not responsible for any charges during goods returning.

    6. We are responsible for freight due to exchange or resend damaged goods.

1. How to make sure that the quality meets our demand?
All parts and components we supply are from regular supplier with good strength, long history, deep influence and their products are precision made of superior material. The producing procedure is very strict so there seldom comes up with quality problem.
2. How to deal with the shortage of goods?
None or short of stock may occur since we deal with kinds of machinery parts. We will contact you in case of back order and will general do as followed:
①      We give a clear indication of delivery time in web and will inform you the exact delivery time and price once your order has been placed.
②      We will suggest you choose original or other replacement if delivery time of the ordered goods is long or unsure.
③      Cancel the order.
3. How to deal with not receiving goods after payment?
We will keep you informed about the status of order by Email or short massage, or you can get your order information from web by providing your personal information, contact information, order number. Etc.

4. How to deal with quality problems?

The orders will be cancelled after 20 working days beyond delivery date, and then we will ask for compensation.
